In it’s 13th edition, The garden show & spring festival opened to the public last night. For 5 days from 5 pm till 11 pm more than 220 exhibitors will be showcasing their products ranging from flowers, plants, outdoor furniture and cooking tools, gardening equipment and landscaping.
Some of the exhibitors; Arbusta for landscaping, BHV for outdoor furniture and equipment, BOECKER for pesticides and the newly opened in kaslik Nature by Marc Beyrouthy among many other established names.
Foodies rejoice as the food court contains over 25 stands and diverse options to choose from. Some of which are; Classic Burger Joint, CRP Factory where we recommend you try the Bailey’s burst crêpe, Falafel Sahyoun, Haagen Dazs, Jai and many more..
If there’s something we did not like is the fact that most of the food stands had no pricing and some even had no menu or sign. Only a few had done it perfectly by putting up signs of their items and the prices.
During the show the ministry of agriculture will be distributing “Fell” plants (Arabian Jasmine) as part of a national campaign to preserve this once widespread balcony plant all over Beirut.
